Welcome! Yelin (Lynn) Kim is an assistant professor of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University at Albany, State University of New York. She directs the Inspire Lab– Interaction Sensing and Perception in Real Environment. The long-term objective of her research is to understand human interactions. To this aim, her work focuses on developing data-driven AI approaches that can quantify and analyze nonverbal human behaviors in video recordings, particularly emotion expressions during interactions.
